DBATU Exam Form Filling dates:

Examination Form Filling : 23-10-2023 (Monday) to 29-10-2023 (Sunday) . Fees: Rs. 1,000/-

Examination Form Filling (With Late Fees) 30-10-2023 (Monday) 05-11-2023 (Sunday) Rs. 1,000/- + Rs. 500/- (Late fee) = Rs. 1,500/-

Examination Form Filling (With Late Fees) 06-11-2023 (Monday) 12-11-2023 (Sunday) Rs. 1,000/- + Rs.1,000/- (Late fee) = Rs. 2,000/-

Examination Form Filling (With Super Penalty) 13-11-2023 (Monday) 14-11-2023 (Tuesday) Rs. 1,000/- + Rs.2,000/- (Late fee) = Rs. 3,000/- 
• For Supplementary students... 300/- per subject exam formfilling fees + late fees 

The students are requested to confirm that the status of the payment made is "Transaction Successful". The applications with payment status as "Transaction Failed" or anything else is not successfully submitted and the students may not be allowed to appear for the examination or their performance will not be considered. 
 

How to fill DBATU Exam Form :

1.Student through his login will fill the exam form by choosing subjects.
2.Student will confirm his subjects and will pay the exam fees.
3.After Payment successful, form will be submitted to institute.
4.Institute will verify and approve the form.
5.In case of any corrections, institute will reject the form and send it back to student.
Student must make corrections, if the subjects are added then he/she needs to pay the fees.

6.Students can also swap subjects or must keep earlier selected and confirm the subjects.
7.After making corrections student has to resubmit the form to institute and Insitute will verify and confirm the remedial exam form.
8.After Institute confirmation, Hall ticket will be generated.
9.Student must note that once paid fees will not be refunded.
